happy chinese new year every one. i simply love chinese new year. =)
everything is just in the perfect order. the house has been repainted, cleaned and beautified. my room has been cleaned. clothes are new, shoes are new, handbag is new. bedsheet is new. nails are painted. bakkuas on the table, with cashew nuts and all those sweets. just perfect.

recently work is great, fun and all. quite busy though cos chinese new year is approaching. and to think of that, i havent complete my CNY shoppin list.
i need :
-(1) a pair of jeans to match my top
-(2) a top to match my super long skirt
- a pair of heels for (1)
- a pair of boho flats for (2)
- accessories to match

16 jan, its been a week! =)
bought a skirt and a top from the shop i'm been working at. a nice long skirt and a nice top with the back slit. but! i'm too fat already! must really slim down first. i need to get a bathing scale to constantly check on my weight. if not how! new year all my cousins and aunts will say i fat already.

gotta carry loads of drums, jus like last saturday!!
we went to plaza singapura, chinatown point, bugis, IMM, and jurong entertainment. all for drum performances! can u imagine how many drums we each have to carry. i guess we were all sick of drummin for that day. saw zenic's troupe at the void deck too. *waves*

mama is good!
ok, i'm being realistic. i say mama is good cos she bought me a lot of things from Japan.
=) but really, even if she din buy anything for me, i'll still say mama is good, silently.
mama bought papa a carton of choya wine. yes, carton. it comes in a package like a milk carton. papa says mama bot it so tt papa can pour her some every night to drink. haha. got motive wan.
mama bought kor kor a ralph lauren collar shirt. kor kor says he dun like it cos its too colourful. its nice lar. (Tried to find a pic online but cant seem to find it)
mama bought me nail polishes, beads, hellokitty hp charm, adidas sweater and a burberry handbag. hahaha. i can go out and act taitai already.
mama bot loads of food stuff. dried salmon, cheese rolls, candies, biscuits, wine, chewing gum, and ya beer candy(i think it tastes horrible though)
yay. mama says she left about 30 yen only. 30 yen = 0.40s$? hahaha. and plus all the credit card purchases. a bomb spent on Japan. =)

grrrr..
it sucks when u are havin a severe gastric pain, yet canot gobble up everything u can find in the kitchen due to your teeth. it really sucks.
tightening of teeth is hell. yes, u get to change the colours of the donuts, act chio act cute i dun care. but the pain is horrible. its not the kind of pain where u need to shut ur eyes tight and swallow down a mouthful of saliva. its not the kind of pain wher it comes and goes, nor is it the kind the last only for a few hours. it is something u have to bear with for the next few days, and even after one week, u will feel weird.
toppin up, the temptation to food is worse. humans are like that, we will only miss the water until when its gone. when i have food, i often skip meals. now that i wan to eat, i cant it anything. (except for porridge that is)
my teeth feels sore ( i noe teeth canot feel sore, but, mine does lar!) and my teeth feels like its gonna fall off. that kind of feeling when ur tooth are starting to shake and droppin off soon. my teeth are very weak now. all i can do is put the soft food into my mouth, wait for my saliva to dissolve and break the food up, and swallow.

rainy day.
it has been raining for these past few days. today rained non stop. nevertheless, i went to find jun ming and ate breakfast at macdonald at sembawang. =) haha. my beloved hotcakes. i so love them can? every week i also wanna eat hot cakes. after tat we went west mall's library to pass time. after which went to work.
ytd worked, den went to marina square with my family for Carl's Jr burger. (gia, tuesday shoppin that time we go eat Carls kae? ) and after that sent my mama to the air port. she went to japan with her company, with out me! i wan to go.
friday after work, arick drove me to bedok to eat ba chor mee. haha. very far, but nice! after tt we went night safari de Bens and Jerrys for delicious ice cream. yums.
i am fat liao. very fat, but, surprise, i dun caRE! whee.

ding dong balls.
was eating at KFC far east plaza with pearly. half way through, decided we were too full so we sat and talk.
meanwhile, my eyes wandered around, and i saw IT. not believing my eyes, i looked again. this man, aged 50 to 60, was reading newspaper with one of his legs crossed. and his shorts were kinda short. and i saw one of his ding dong ball hanging\dangling out of his shorts. his ding dong is like, out of his shorts, resting against the side of that pathetic blue chair.
jus curious, not cold meh? like, so expose and everything. and he can sit there read newspaper like nothing happen.
honestly la, its big. but i've never seen a set of ding dong balls before, so i dun really know if its considered big. but, hell, i think its big lar. pink and big. and big and pink.
i can not forget that scene. i am so traumatised.

being attractive
u noe, its not easy being not attractive, especially if ur name is jasmine yong.
mosquitoes like to venture around jasmine and often, giving jasmine bites all over. even if there is some other freaks with jasmine, she's always the first bitten by mosquitoes. Thus, first spotting that the place is mosquitoes infected.
lorry drivers like to honk, flash their high beams or smile and wave when they see jasmine at the bus stop outside stagmont ring. it is a unspoken rule that they have to do that. jasmine attracts them to turn their head facing the bus stop when they drive pass, irregardless of race, but mostly, chinese. these uncles think that jasmine is attractive and often honk so loudly to get jasmine's attention. the fact is, they often shocked her with the loud sound. if u are thinking maybe it's jasmine's attire, then u are wrong. her outfit ranges from jeans to skirts to her roxy boardshort. a big t shirt, roxy boardshort and slippers can steal attention from drivers. they think that jasmine is pleasured, but please, she often argue with herself to not point her middle finger at them.

i'm blissed to have ultra good friends.
i have a wonderful shoppin kaki, giacinta, who accompanied me to town to return my haagen daz uniform in the morning. to think i was late when i met her for mac breakfast. =) we are such tai tai wannabes. friends for 11 years, and counting. simply love her. kudos to purple bracies.
i have a together-from-eeeks!-to-pretty fren, suelin. we both love to make up and doll up our selves. nail art, manicures, treatment. . what ever thing u can think of linking to beauty, u can link them to us. we used to be so omg fugly, and now, presentable and pretty! yes, we are pretty. =) kudos to bracies.
i have buddy who has totally different and contrasting taste with me, pearly. yet, we are the bestest best friends. its shitty to think how different we are. we never agree on guys, clothes, music and every other things. she doesnt like things that i like, and i never agree on her items either. however, when we both agree on sth, that thing must be very very unique. =)
i have a partner who i have known since pri 3, chai yan. we perspire under the same lion, we perspire in the same dragon. =) from nerdy us to now strong and muscular but yet feminine us. can u imagine?

starve, starved.
i am hungry! hungry for mos burger, for chicken rice, for ice cream, for chocolates, for every other things! i wanna chew, badly.
my teeth are hurting again, but sighs. as said, ai mei bu yao ming. =) have to endure ya, black berry ?
now all i can do is gam the food and wait till it softens. and then, swallow. i hope this doesnt goes on fer long.
no pics to upload though, cos the camera cant realli capture my bracies well enough.

haagen dazs
my first day of work, i broke one sundae glass and a dunoe wad glass. =(
i think i have never break anything in my life before, not even those bowls we use at home. and after breaking the glass bowls at haagen dazs, i was in shock. totally stunned and blurred.
People who noe me well should remember that i canot carry trays that have drinks on them. for example, soup, noodles, drinks etc. =( sighs.
worked from 6pm to 11pm only. and my manager scheduled me for thursday, friday, and sunday. and i jus saw the email coach sent : trainnings on thursday and friday. so, i cant attend again. i missed 2 trainings already.
and whee. black berry bought me sth while shopping ytd. =D
