a holiday that was booked 7 months ago, its here and gone. :(
it was an impromptu decision, tickets booked the same evening it was being discussed. 3 colleagues, and we decided to go Phuket for a true blue rest and relax holiday.
from 18-21 march, 4days 3 nights.

DAY 1:
our first meal after we checked into the hotel.
a random noodle store that we found while exploring the area.
there's balacan spread and chilli padi.
my head like super big. hahaha! cons of leaning forward. :(
apparently we are supposed to dip the chilli padi into the balacan spread, and chew on it. it actually tastes not bad! the balacan spread tastes like the fried 'hei bi hiam' shrimproll that we have for CNY goodies..
a visit to the supermarket BIG C there after,and we came back with all these for snacks.
back in the hotel, we actually finished most of it while we were gossiping on the first day. super delicious!
we had a very kinky bathroom.
curtains that are OUTSIDE the toilet.
which u can actually draw open, from the outside of the toilet.
super shy leh. bathe half way someone draws the curtain and thats it.
pang sai also dont feel secure.
hahaha! luckily we are people who believes in karma, what comes around goes around. so we did not disturb one another, because we didnt want it to happen to us.
after that, we went for thai massage in one of the alleys near our hotel.
after an hour of bones cracking, we felt super shiok.
hahahaha.
then! we realised in that one hr, it rained so heavily that the road was flooded!!
thus we went for another round of noodles soup, in another stall.
loads of condiments for the soup
yummeh!! hot soupy noodles in the cold. (drooling as i type this.)

we had to waddle thru the ankle high water, and it was dark and black and cold and we were screaming with every step that we took.
the locals were riding/driving/walking like it was super normal.
and there we were, 3 girls screaming like mad.
it just felt... cold, sandy and gross.

DAY 2:
luckily we woke up to a bright and sunny morning!!!
Ting wakes up super early and woke us up after she finished preparing. so nice! me like to wake up last, cos i tend to sleep alot. :(

we had Pizza company for lunch, went to a hair wash in the salon and had an hour of foot massage.. ahhhhhh life....
for dinner, we had street food!

DAY 3:
woke up early again.
we wake up early everyday because we want to eat the breakfast buffet.
i looked a typical china girl that day.
i likey this face of mine. so cute, not? hahaha!
never have the courage to wear this out, yet.

after the tanning we were super exhausted by the heat, and we decided to head out for lunch.
found this little cart by the shopping centre, and there was quite a queue..
so we decided to give it a try.
super yummy! and its cheap and alot of ingredients one lor.
some nice people helped us to set up a little table behind a pillar where's there's shade and pulled 3 chairs for us to sit and dine. so sweet of them!
so there we were, 3 girls, in the middle of the path, eating delicious noodles under the shade. :D

discovered an infinity pool on the roof of our hotel.
:)
went ahead for a 90 mins (2 choice) spa treatment.
all 3 of us had the body wrap and after sun body treatment.
sooo comforable can.
i think the after sun body treatment really helps. its aloe vera gel massage, so it helps in aiding the burnt skin, esp for me! i was red like a lobster.
dinner was settled at the restaurant below our hotel:
delicious food again, but we were interrupted by this damn cat that keeps looking at us, ready to pounce on us anytime! Ting was so afraid she kept running away.
and that same cat tried to jump on me earlier in the morning during breakfast. i jumped up the seat and ran away. must be a comical sight.
we spend the evening at Phuket FantaSea show..

the show was.. er.. majestic? but i dont really understand the story behind it. oh wells.
DAY 4:
go home loh!
i just wanna show how red i was.
