Polymates Chucky and Joeis bought me this cute Hello Kitty balloon from Vivo today. SO CUTE! kitty is wearing a pom pom dress, although its a lil skinny.. but its so adorable. i think the proportion of the eyes and the nose is v well done! its not easy to draw HK's face.. if u have tried it before u will know the proportion is v impt.
looks like kitty is doing a ballet tiptoe.
inspired by that, i just youtubed some videos on balloon sculpting, and i made this:
Ariel the Mermaid.
i dont have any beige coloured balloon, so i used white as the face and body. tail is a bit too long, but its only my first attempt!
will need to practise more, but im quite happy with my first result already.
i think the hair and the bikini looks great. HAHA!
improvement: next time i have to make the tail wider and shorter. her butt shld be a bit bigger too.
