hello, its me again..

some updates :

i just rebonded my hair AGAIN for the 18454396340th time in my life. its damn flat now. oh y did i rebond it out of no wher? cos my mum offered to pay for it. wahahaha!i'm such a cheapo. i was like , dun wan lar. ma fan lar. waste time lar. den she said : i pay lor. so i agreed. hahahaha! oh and its been 2 yrs since i rebonded my hair.. jun keeps claiming i'm an ah lian now..

met him at amk, and he said i am amk ah lian. shorts, long sleeve top, small sling bag, and slippers.. well not exactly slippers. cos i was wearing my paps and my bag was a burberry sling. damn! i am not an ah lian!! oh man.. back to my ahlian look-a-like days.. wahahahaha.. shit. nvm lar! jun is ah beng wad. =)

oh and today is my dad's birthday! =) old liao old liao. and today there's function at my hse. cos we are also celebrating ah por's bday too. =) wish her good health and happiness.

last tues we had this module, and my teacher told us to pair up, and make an animal out of playdoh.. its so long since i touched playdoh! its fun, and bring back good memories. ah.. childhood. =) playdoh still smells as nice.. huili and i made an elephant. its so pretty. except that the head canot be sticked onto the body, and it keeps tumbling down. =(

school is really boring! been a week since sch reopens.

u noe, its kinda weird. during hols i EVERYTIMESOMETIMES will think of goin back to school. (yes i really got think) but when sch starts, i feel like slacking back at home again, goin to work on some days, shopping on most other days..

but well.. to think i'm in 3rd year already. its so damn fast! i still rmb goin to ngee ann poly to register. . now i'm goin to graduate soon. its may next week. next year this time, i will be out with a diploma cert, hopefully with great results. . den mayb i can get into uni. oh, actually it doesnt matter whether i get into a uni or not. i dun really care. =)

whats more important is good health, and happiness.

i'm so obsessed with fruit tarts! hahaha. was baking with giacinta and candy today at my hse. quite successful.. pretty to look at and delicious to eat too! =)

i seriously think i have potential to be a pastry baker. wahahaa. a little hidden baker in me. =)

squeezing the custard into the tart! very fun leh. the feeling very nice. hahahahahaha.. like very soft and smooth.. to think milk plus some powder can result in such nice cream! =) we added rich chocolate into the tart as well, making it ooh-lala-ly delicious!


added the fruits! very pretty. but we lacked some strawberries, if not the colour would be even prettier!

this little boy is just 15 yrs old. but he can do somersaults like no body's business. so cute. his name is Tian Luo. he tried to teach me the easiest somersault but i failed. hahaha. this team of lion dancers are from china. very flexible and their performances nv fail to impress everyone.









sth that they couldnt stand was the heat in singapore. and that once it rains, it would be damn humid after that.. other than that they could endure the hardship, like the moving those damn heavy props, performing at one after another venue.

once again..

its time to pay respect to our ancestors, offering our prayers to them. the 'qing ming jie' is the time where we go up the hills to offer incense and burn some paper money to our ancestors.



i always thought my granny is very into the Chinese religion. when i still lived in BP, during each lunar 1st or 15, she would offer prayers using chicken, cakes etc.. till last week, i was caught surprised by her words.

while i was helping her fold the incense paper for my other granny, she told me that actually all this burning of paper money, folding of incense paper, to her is just a show. she felt that its all made up by people, that the dead dun need to have this money . she compared this with the malay religion, saying that how come the decease of the malays do not need to spend money, while the decease of the chinese people need millions and millions of money? she do not understand, and well. so do i.



but still, we follow suit, doing what the previous generations have done.. almost like putting up a show. if we dun burn these incense and money to the ancestors, outsiders might gossip that we are a bunch of unfilial kids, that we are causing our ancestors to suffer in the netherlands due to lack of money to live comforablely..



but as we follow all this rituals, do we really believe that our ancestors would be able to collect what we burnt for them? could they use the car that we burn? the many many money notes that we burn? or that roasted pig that we offered, could they eat it?

for us, it all turns into ash..




too much to wonder.

but still , every year , 'qing ming' is a big event for my entire family to get together, and offer prayers to my 1st granny. we always make it so big an event that when cars go pass us, they nv fail to stare at us- hacking and eating roasted pig at the side of the road, eating crabs, roasted duck, chicken, fish, baos.. and kuehs..

its funny a sight, somehow like having a picnic at the cemetery.. but this is what bond us together as a big family.

random update

sunday went out with jun.. sold my old beloved hp at toa payoh. it's only worth 70$! but those who noes the condition inside my phone.. hahaha. okay lar. dun hiam already.
after that went to town. used my mum's free movie tickets voucher to change for the primval movie. that crocodile show.. erm.. ah.. erm.. erhem.. so.. hahaha.. luckily we din pay for the movie..

before the movie we took an impromptu neoprint. i was just thinking about whether to take neoprint when we went pass that cineleisure neoprint shop.. but i didnt comment or anything. after jun came out of the toilet he said : eh, yao bu yao pai zhao?
haha! so i immediately agreed. perhaps he tot he look quite ok that day.. cause he nv initiates to take any photo b4. so here are the neo prints!






the neoprint machine's timing is way too fast for my likings.. but. i like the fact that there is an infrared port for u to infrared those pics to ur hp. quite cool, unless UR HP GOT NO INFRARED. wahaha.

i'm pretty again, cos my tiny red sore eyes are gone! =) now i have my beautiful eyes back again and i can safely wear my contact lens again. life's so miserable wearing glasses u noe. i looked so nerdy head.

went to buy N73 on sunday. music edition. pretty cool but i dun really like the shape of that phone. dunoe if i've mentioned b4, but i dun like block phones. i rather have swivel, slide or flip phones. seem to be more hardy and durable. block phones are boring!

and that i have 1 pair of Jolin Tsai dancing diva singapore concert 2007 tickets for sale. its selling at S$156 per pair of tix. and i'm selling them at S$120. anyone interested can call my hp or sms. or simply leave a tag if u dun haf my number.

my younger bro got infected with red eyes. and he slpt on my mum and my bed. thus now my dad, my mum, my younger bro and i are all having red sore eyes..

damn! its so damn painful and irritable. now my eyes are small, puffy, watery and it hurts like shit. i've nv seen my eyes so damn small before. perhaps i always have nice big eyes. but now! what the heck. i look like a puffy eyed hamster or sth.

its the 4th driving practical i've attended, and to my conclusion! the more i drive the lousier i get! damn! i stalled thrice at a traffic light junction where i was supposed to turn. as such, i made the cars behind miss one round of traffic light. wahahaha! was damn paiseh!

oh shit. was laughing like crazy in the car when my car stall, and stalled, and STALLED! my instructor was fine about it, he says its normal. but i was so horrified. den when i finally crossed the junction, this car behind overtook me and used his hand to 'wahlao' at me. wahahahaha. and my instructor did exactly the same at him. den i was cursing under my breathe. was like : wah lao. i learning only mah. so li hai over take me just now lor.

wahaha. i conclude i am a horrible and dangerous drivers. the praises from the first 3 lessons are so useless. haha.!

hello!

finally finished the whole lion dance thing for the lunar new year. from chu 4 till today, we had performances every day. meeting at 7.45, and ending only at around 8 plus. today we sent the china team to changi airport, and hen she bu de de waved gd bye to them.

was still feeling bad that i din send qx off to germany. sorry! had performances lar. but still got xin, every day also will sms me from germany. hehe. =) jus kept wondering wad he is doing there. .

today's last performance was at the art museum. and i saw this cute guy with those rugged looks. but as i step closer, i realised its Tsai En. is qiao! he's a part time waiter for the event i think.

with some money of my own, dad bought me an LV wallet! yay! one more item down my wish list. i noe its nth much but i've been aiming for this wallet since last year.

was considering between this wallet and a little hand carry pouch, but decided that i wouldnt use the pouch every day. thus in the end i still ended up with what i had in mind, a 9 billed wallet! =)

am very happy. i shall save hard to get that mini pouch. i so love LV! hahahaha. so damn materialistic , but as long as i get my items with my own accords honestly( or perhaps with my love ones' help), i guess its reasonable and acceptable. i dun steal, or rob ppl's money to get what i want, i earn fer them.

am really excited to use my wallet! now i have the same wallet as jun, but. . . .

any one noes wher to get nice black skinny pipe jeans? preferably below 170 bucks..

till now, my only new year clothes are a top , and a pair of shoes. i still need a pair of black jeans, a bag. and another set of clothes.
actually i had another tube dress, but due to my tan lines which i got during the street soccer competition, i cant wear that tube dress. its just way too ugly. =(

u noe, i seriously think that i'm going crazy. i was super nice this afternoon, while shopping with suelin for new year clothes. but at nite, i just find faults with jun over nth. poor him!

have to bear with all my nonsense , meanwhile coo-ing me. i didnt like the way he spoke to his friends [?!], so i told him to be more polite. like, hello? its actually none of my business cos its not me that he is talkin to so rudely, but i still wanna chap ji ka and scold him. crazy! tough being my boy. kena scolded still must come and hong me.

and u noe what, i think i'm so obsess with my surname that i considered having it tattooed at the back of my neck. i imagined my whole family having a artistically designed 'yang' at each of their neck irregardless of age. that photo with everyone's neck facing the camera will be a priceless piece. quite cool, but mayb just my train of thoughts. not every one is as crazy as me!

finally.

as i was lookin around for a new job, spizza headquarter called and asked me y i nv work during Jan. so i said my assistant manager said he will call to tell me my schedule but he didnt. and voila! immediately i get a phone call from my assistant manager to ask me to work TODAY.

is fast. =) thus i dun have to get a new job anymore.
